    Our local Monument Hill State Historic Site is featured on the Texas Parks & Wildlife website.  Be sure and read up on the history of this local site. We are lucky in this area to be able to visit a place  of such historical value. You may be interested in joining the Ranger Program or go on a guided tour that is explained in the article.
